Further to the announcement dated 11 February 2009, the Company has posted to Shareholders a circular (the "Circular") and notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, to be held at the offices of Canaccord Adams Limited, Cardinal Place, 7th Floor, 80 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5JL, at 3:00p.m. on 10 March 2009.
