(the "Company") dated March 4, 2015(the "Announcement") in relation to the date of board meeting of the Company (the "Board Meeting") forthe purpose of considering and approving, amongst others, the announcement of the annual results of theCompany and its subsidiaries for the year ended December 31, 2014 and the recommendation of distributing afinal dividend. The Company would like to clarify that there is an inadvertent typographical error in the English version ofthe Announcement. The Board Meeting should be held on March 18, 2015, instead of March 18, 2014 in theAnnouncement. The date of the Board Meeting is correctly stated in the Chinese version of the Announcement.
