POSSIBLE TRANSACTION
The Board of Zegona Communications plc ("Zegona") confirms that it is in talks with Euskaltel, S.A. the Spanish telecommunications company, ("Euskaltel") concerning a possible transaction to acquire its Spanish business, Telecable de Asturias, S.A. ("Telecable"). At this stage there can be no certainty that these discussions will lead to a transaction being concluded.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
