Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
The Company has been informed that Richard Williams subscribed for 26,666 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and Ashley Martin subscribed for 13,332 Ordinary Shares, each at a price of 150 pence per share in the retail offer announced by the Company on 13 November 2023.
Following this transaction, Richard Williams has a total beneficial interest in the Company of 27,819 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.00 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and Ashley Martin has a total beneficial interest in the Company of 13,544 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.00 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Notification of Dealing Form below is made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 (as amended) as it forms part of the domestic law of the United Kingdom by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended).
