Circumstances giving rise to the notification
Today, 29 July 2020, Torquil Sligo-Young, acting as one of the trustees of a trust in respect of which he is also within the class of beneficiaries, transferred with his co-trustee 25,080 non-voting shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital, to a beneficiary of the trust. The shares were transferred at nil consideration.
