Board change

The Company has been informed by Michael Kelly that he wishes to step down as non-executive director of ViaLogy with immediate effect in order to focus on his other business interests.

Terry Bond, Chairman, commented "for the last seven years ViaLogy has been privileged to have Michael as a board member.
