Kalengwa Processing Copper Project Zambia ("Kalengwa") Update
The Board of Xtract Resources Plc ("Xtract" or the "Company") announces that further to the announcement of 15 July 2019, the Company has today informed KPZ International Ltd ("KPZ") that it intends to exercise its option to act as contractor for the Kalengwa Processing project on the copper large scale mining license number 24401-HQ-LEL located in the central part of the Republic of Zambia and the Company will pay KPZ UDS200,000 to be settled through the issuance of new Xtract ordinary shares ("New Shares"). A further announcement will be made as and when the New Shares are conditionally issued.
