Further to the announcement released earlier today in respect of the shareholding of Tiger Resource Finance plc in Xtract, the Company was informed on 9 February 2015 that Colin Bird, Non-executive Chairman of Xtract, remains interested in 86,206,897 ordinary shares of 0.01p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 2.25% of the issued share capital of the Company, and in addition Tiger Resource Finance plc (a company in which Colin Bird holds 6.07% of the issued share capital) is now interested in 219,827,584 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.74% of the issued share capital of the Company.
