Xtract Resources (AIM:XTR) announces that it was informed on 12 January 2023 that on the same date, Colin Bird, Executive Chairman of Xtract, acquired 1,250,000 ordinary shares of 0.02p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1.781p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Colin Bird is interested in 18,004,149 Ordinary Shares representing 2.10% of the issued share capital as set out below:
