Board Changes
The Board of Xtract Resources Plc ("Xtract" or the "Company") announces that Jeremy Read has stepped down as a non-executive director but will continue to act as Project Manager to the Bushranger Project.
The Board is grateful for Jeremy's contribution as a non-executive director and is very pleased that he will be able to continue to work closely with the Company on progressing the Bushranger Project which has entered an intensive phase of exploration activity. The Board and Jeremy are of the opinion that to focus on the Bushranger Project as Project Manager is in the best interests of the Company and the Project.
The Company intends shortly to appoint to the Board a corporate and financially experienced, independent non-executive director from the resources sector.
