(each a “Sub-Fund” and together the "Sub-Funds")

The board of directors of the Company (the “Board of Directors”) hereby informs the shareholders of the Sub-Funds about certain changes to the Sub-Funds as outlined below.

Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the most recent version of the prospectus of the Company (the “Prospectus”), unless the context otherwise requires.

The Euro Over Night Index Average (“EONIA”) administrator, European Money Markets Institute, announced that it will stop publishing the EONIA on 3 January 2022. The European Central Bank’s working group on euro risk-free rates recommended that the Euro short term rate (“€STR”) replaces the EONIA as the Euro risk-free rate.

Currently the level of each Reference Index is linked to the daily performance of an underlying index (as set out in the table below) plus or less a rate of interest (dependent on the Reference Index) which is based on the EONIA as a reference rate.

As a result of the abovementioned decommissioning of EONIA, the Index Administrator of the Reference Index of each Sub-Fund (as set out in the table below) will replace EONIA with €STR flat (i.e. no additional spread) in the methodology of the Reference Index of each Sub-Fund effective as of 8 November 2021:

For the avoidance of doubt, the replacement of EONIA with €STR flat as the reference rate is not a material change to the Reference Index of each Sub-Fund. The Reference Index of each Sub-Fund will continue to provide the same leveraged and/or short exposures to the relevant equity index and will still feature an overnight refinancing rate.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Sub-Funds’ names, investment objectives, risk profiles and fees will remain unchanged.
