XPS announces that, on 2 July 2019, Sarah Ing, Non-executive Director, acquired 15,000 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 98.9 pence per Ordinary Share and Margaret Snowdon OBE, Non-executive Director, acquired 30,303 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 99 pence per Ordinary Share.
