XPS Pensions Group plc(the "Company")
TRANSACTION BY DIRECTOR / PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSON CLOSELY ASSOCIATED
XPS announces that, on 8 July 2019, Patrick McCoy, Head of Advisory and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and Claire McCoy, a person closely associated ("PCA") to Mr McCoy, together acquired 90,598 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.09 per Ordinary Share.
