The following amendment has been made to the 'Result of Meetings' announcement released on 06 April 2018 at 10.35 a.m. under RNS No 1102K. The only amendments have been made to correct Resolution 1 votes against from 0.01% to 0.00% and Resolution 13 votes in favour from 90.96% to 90.56% and votes against from 9.44% to 9.04%.
All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.
