1 July 2014 XP Power Limited ("XP Power" or the "Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding XP Power has today been notified that on 16 May 2014, David Hempleman-Adamssold 693 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at aprice of 1645p each and that on 19 May 2014 sold 507 Ordinary Shares at a priceof 1628p each. Following these transactions, Mr. Hempleman-Adams has abeneficial interest in 8,250 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of theCompany's issued share capital.
