XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a global digital performance publisher, has today confirmed that, as previously announced, David John King has formally joined XLMedia as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors.

Stuart Simms, who facilitated an orderly handover, formally resigned as a Director of the Company and as Chief Executive Officer on 30 June 2022, having announced his intention to leave on 4 April 2022.

Marcus Rich, Non-Executive Chair of XLMedia, commented:
