Director Share Purchase
XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, has been notified that on 26 September 2019, Ory Weihs, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 330,661 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 60.5p pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Weihs now has a total beneficial interest in 6,321,633 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.38% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The Group's current share capital consists of 187,128,659 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
