This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 5.6.

Xchanging plc's issued share capital now consists of 248,051,399 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.

The total number of voting rights in Xchanging plc is therefore 248,051,399.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Xchanging plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
