The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Robin Williams ACA (52) as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Williams has a background as CEO or executive Director in public companies and now has a range of Chairman or non-executive roles with public and private companies. He is currently Chairman of Killby & Gayford Group Ltd and NHS Professionals Limited. In addition, Mr Williams is a non-executive director of Maxima Holdings plc and London Linen Supply Ltd.
