Wynnstay ESOP Trust Transaction
The Company announces that the Wynnstay ESOP Trust (the "ESOP") has today sold 26,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares) at a price of 560.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details of thes sale of Ordinary Shares by the ESOP.
