Wynnstay Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that, on 13 March 2009, Sheila Greetham, wife of Ken Greetham, a director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 170p per share. Following this transaction, Ken Greetham is directly or indirectly interested in 27,245 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.19% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
