White Young Green PLC19 November 2007 For Immediate Release 19 November 2007 White Young Green Plc ("WYG") Interim Management Statement White Young Green plc, the multi skilled consultancy, operating across thebuilt, natural and social environment today provides its first InterimManagement Statement covering the period from the beginning of the financialyear, 1 July 2007 to date. Trading since the start of the year has been good and the group's performanceremains in line with our expectations. We have continued to see strong demandacross all business segments and are pleased to have secured several importantprojects since 1 July 2007 including Infrastructure Training in Romania (feevalue £3.2m) and the N9/N10 Kilcullen to Waterford Road Scheme in Ireland (feevalue £3m). Three acquisitions have been made since the start of the year: IndependentTransport Consultants Limited, a high level transport planning consultancy;Management Consultants Group Limited, an international financial managementconsultancy and P H McCarthy Consulting Engineers Limited, an Irish civil andstructural engineering consultancy. They are all integrating well into WYG andare performing in line with internal expectations. As stated at the time of ourpreliminary results in September, we see significant opportunities to grow thebusiness going forward and the acquisition pipeline remains strong. The AGM will be held at Headingley Stadium, Leeds, on Wednesday 5 December andinterim results for the six months ended 31 December 2007 will be announced atthe end of February 2008.
