Director/ PDMR Shareholding
WYG has been informed that on 27 March 2013 David Jeffcoat, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 32,545 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 76.4 pence per share representing approximately 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
Together with his existing holding of 130,441 Ordinary Shares, David Jeffcoat now has a total beneficial holding of 162,986 Ordinary Shares representing 0.25% of the Company's issued share capital.
