The Company has received notification that, as at 23 November 2010, Matterhorn Investment Management LLP is interested in 40,695,952 ordinary shares of the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing approximately 9.12 per cent. of the total issued share capital.

1. Non-beneficial funds under the discretionary management of Matterhorn Investment Management LLP now hold an interest in 40,695,952 Ordinary Shares. The following interests are included:
