NEW DIRECTORSHIP HELD BY A DIRECTOR
IN ANY OTHER PUBLICLY QUOTED COMPANY
Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), we confirm that Adam Crozier, Chairman of Whitbread PLC, is expected to be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Sony Corporation with effect from 26 June 2020. The appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders at the Sony Corporation AGM on 26 June 2020.
We also confirm that Adam will step down from his role as Non-Executive Chairman of Vue International with effect from 31 March 2020.
