Block Listing Application

 

 

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 300,000 ordinary shares of 76 122/153 pence each in Whitbread PLC (the "Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

 

The 300,000 Ordinary Shares the subject of the block listing will be issued and allotted to satisfy the exercise of options under the Whitbread PLC employee Sharesave Scheme.

 

When issued, the 300,000 Ordinary Shares will rank equally in all respects (including as to voting rights) with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.

 

Admission is expected to be effective on 09 October 2023.
