As foreshadowed at the interim stage last November and confirmed in the Reportof the Directors issued to shareholders earlier this month, Peter Kirklandretired today as the Company's Finance Director and will relinquish the role ofCompany Secretary on 3 August 2007, when he will be succeeded in both theseroles by Toby Parker. Toby, aged 52, is a Chartered Accountant, having trained with Moore Stephens.Since qualifying, he has held various senior financial and commercial positionsin both public and private companies in the UK and abroad. He has gainedextensive experience advising, and working for, small and medium-sizedbusinesses in a diverse range of manufacturing, retail, leisure, shipping andservice sectors. Toby James Carson Parker has the following directorships: Current Directorships Tycell LimitedInterim Financial Management Limited Past Directorships Dennis Davidson Associates LimitedHighwood Consultants Limited Receiverships, Creditors Voluntary Liquidations and Administrations H.M.G.
