Wynnstay Properties PLC25 February 2005 WYNNSTAY PROPERTIES PLC 25 FEBRUARY 2005 Wynnstay Properties PLC ("Wynnstay" or "the Company") Confirmation of Investment Property Disposal Further to the Company's announcement dated 6 October 2004, concerning exchangeof contracts for the disposal of its freehold office and retail properties inYork Road, Bognor Regis, the Company is pleased to announce that thistransaction was completed today, as scheduled. As previously reported the properties concerned, which produced a rental incomeof £107,000 per annum, were sold for a cash consideration of £1,475,000,compared with their combined valuation of £1,025,000 at 25 March 2004, therebyresulting in a surplus of £450,000 before costs and taxation.
