Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of shares announced on 26 February 2013, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 37,525,601 ordinary shares of 10p each, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company 37,525,601.

The above figure of 37,525,601 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
