Following this purchase, Sir Malcolm Ross has an interest in 21,300 Ordinaryshares in the Company representing 0.15% of the issued share capital. The current issued share capital in the Company is 14,022,336 not 14,022,339 asstated in the announcement of 19 July 2007.
