Update on Planning Application

Further to our announcement on 9th March, when we advised the market of our intention to submit an outline application for total residential use on our Keighley site, we have now prepared our draft outline plan and have established how our original supporting reports need to be updated to reflect the new intended use. The Planners continue to be supportive and have advised us on the local consultation process we will be required to undertake. Our advisers indicate that we should be ready to submit the application before the end of May 2012. We will advise the market once the application has been submitted.
