Total Voting Rights

As at 29 October 2021, the issued share capital of W.A.G payment solutions plc comprised 688,911,333 ordinary shares with a par value of £0.01 per share, each with one vote. No Treasury shares are held. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, W.A.G payment solutions plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. 

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.
