W.A.G payment solutions plc ("Eurowag" or the "Company") today announces that, following receipt of Eurowag shareholder approval, W.A.G. payment solutions a.s., a wholly owned subsidiary of Eurowag, has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Grupa Inelo S.A.
