Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies that as at October 31, 2021, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 450,507,312 common shares of no par value. Each common share carries one voting right and the Company does not hold any common shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at that date was 450,507,312.

The above figure of 450,507,312 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
