Exercise of Over-allotment Option

Goldman Sachs International, acting as the Stabilising Manager in connection with the initial public offering (the "Offer") of Watches of Switzerland Group PLC ("Watches of Switzerland Group"), has today given notice to exercise the over-allotment option (the "Over-allotment Option") granted by Jewel HoldCo S.à.r.l. in respect of 8,148,148 ordinary shares of Watches of Switzerland Group (the "Over-allotment Shares") at the offer price of 270 pence per Over-allotment Share. Watches of Switzerland Group did not participate in the Over-allotment Option.

Giving effect to the exercise of the Over-allotment Option, the final total size of the Offer (comprising new shares issued by the Watches of Switzerland Group and an offer of shares that were in existence prior to the admission of the ordinary shares of the Watches of Switzerland Group to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission") sold by certain shareholders of the Watches of Switzerland Group prior to Admission) was £242.0 million (89,629,629 ordinary shares), in total representing 37.4 per cent. of the ordinary shares in Watches of Switzerland Group currently in issue.
