Directorate Change
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.12, and as per the Company's announcement on 26th August 2021, the Company confirms that Bill Floydd will be joining the Company and the Board as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on 1st January 2022.
Anders Romberg, the current CFO, is anticipated to step down from the Board on 1st January 2022 and following a suitable handover period will retire from the Company.
