In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Tea Colaianni, a Non-Executive Director of DWF Group Plc (DWF) has confirmed that, due to the cancellation DWF trading their shares on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 4 October 2023, she has resigned as a director of DWF.
