Warner Estate Holdings PLC06 February 2007 Warner Estate Holdings PLC RADIAL PLANS EXTENSION AT LEICESTER'S INTERLINK PARK Warner Estate Holdings PLC ("Warner Estate") can confirm, on behalf of itsRadial Distribution Fund ("Radial"), a joint venture with Bank of Scotland, theextension of its Antalis Ltd distribution unit at Interlink Park inLeicestershire. Set to complete in late October 2007, Warner Estate is extending the 227,000 sqft (21,089 sq m) unit to create a further 54,000sq ft (5,017sqm), including9,500sq ft of new two storey office space. In securing this extended space,Warner Estate has agreed with the tenant to extend the current lease term by 5years, to expire in November 2023. The property is currently let to Antalis Ltd, one of Europe's leading tradedistributors of paper, envelopes, packaging and visual communication products.They offer flexible and customisable paper services, with over 12,000 productsin stock from 17 local warehouses in the UK, as well as a presence in 32countries in Europe.
