WARNERΒ ESTATEΒ CONFIRMSΒ FINANCEΒ DIRECTORΒ SUCCESSION
Warner Estate HoldingsΒ PLCΒ ("Warner Estate"),Β the property investmentΒ and managementΒ company,Β todayΒ announcesΒ thatΒ Mark Keogh,Β the current Deputy FinanceΒ Director, will succeedΒ Peter CollinsΒ asΒ FinanceΒ Director, following the nextΒ Board meetingΒ onΒ 20Β November 2008.
PeterΒ reaches the age of 60Β early nextΒ month andΒ heΒ has informed theΒ Board that he would likeΒ to reduce his involvement with theΒ Group. HeΒ joined Warner Estate in 1998Β asΒ FinanceΒ DirectorΒ andΒ has beenΒ instrumental in buildingΒ theΒ scale of theΒ business and effecting the Company's conversion to a real estate investment trust (REIT).Β He will remain on theΒ BoardΒ until the end of the year.
Mark, 47,Β has beenΒ with the GroupΒ sinceΒ March 2008Β andΒ was recruited with a view to his taking over from PeterΒ at the appropriate time.Β Before joining Warner Estate, Mark wasΒ FinanceΒ DirectorΒ of Severn Trent Water and, prior to that, of Mowlem Construction Services.
