10th April 2014 UTV Media plc Directors' Dealings UTV Media plc (the "Company") announces that three directors of the Companyhave acquired ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") byexercising share awards granted to them on 30 March 2011 under the PerformanceShare Plan 2006. These share awards vested on 31 March 2014 and were exercisedon 8th April 2014, together with the transfer of the number of Sharesequivalent to the accrued dividend payable on such Shares for the three yearperiod of such awards. These share awards are over existing Shares in issueheld by Appleby Jersey Trust Limited as trustee of the UTV Media plc EmployeeBenefit Trust.
