Cancellation of Listing

The Directors of the Company wish to announce that pursuant to the terms of the Offer and Rule 5.2 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority and Rule 1.6 of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange, following an application by Wireless, (i) the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and the Irish Stock Exchange ("ISE") will cancel the listing of Wireless Shares on the official lists of the UKLA and the ISE and (ii) the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") and the ISE will cancel the trading of Wireless Shares on the main markets for listed securities of the LSE and ISE, in each case with effect from 8.00 a.m. (UK time) on 24 October 2016.
