Works Media Group (The) PLC11 December 2007 THE WORKS MEDIA GROUP PLC DIRECTOR DEALINGS The board of The Works Media Group plc (the "Company") was informed on 10December 2007 that Crispin Barker, chairman of the Company, bought 300,000ordinary shares in the Company, comprising 50,000 at a price of 2.33p each and250,000 at a price of 2.5p each. As a result, Mr Barker is interested in30,055,000 ordinary shares representing 20.38 per cent. of the issued sharecapital of the Company.
