New directorship notification under Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) R

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Workspace Group PLC ("Workspace" or the "Company") announces that Manju Malhotra, Non-Executive Director of Workspace, has notified the Company that she will be appointed as an independent non-executive director of Smiths News PLC and a member of their Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees, with effect from 16 January 2025.
