Committee Changes

Workspace Group PLC (the "Company") today announces that, with effect from 19 January 2021, Rosie Shapland and Lesley-Ann Nash, each a Non-Executive Director of the Company, have been appointed as members of the Company's Remuneration Committee.

As previously announced, Suzi Williams was appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee on 1 January 2021. The Company's Remuneration Committee is now comprised of Suzi Williams (Chair), Stephen Hubbard, Rosie Shapland and Lesley-Ann Nash.
