ACQUISITION OF 13-17 FITZROY STREET, LONDON W1
Workspace Group PLC ("Workspace") announces that, following the statement issued on 24 February 2017, it has now exercised its option to acquire the freehold of 13-17 Fitzroy Street, W1, for £98.5m from Arup.
