Watkin Jones plc (AIM:WJG), a leading UK developer and constructor of multi-occupancy residential property assets, with a focus on the student accommodation and build to rent sectors, announces that Philip Byrom (CFO) has sold 567,891 ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company, representing approximately 0.22% of the issued share capital, to facilitate future personal financial planning. Following the trade, Philip Byrom holds 2,600,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.02% of the issued share capital.
