Employee Share Options Update

eServGlobal (LSE: ESG & ASX: ESV), the provider of end-to-end mobile financial services to emerging markets, announces that it intends to seek shareholder approval at its next Annual General Meeting, expected to be held in March 2014, for approval to issue 750,000 options under the Company's Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP) to each of its CEO, Paolo Montessori and CFO, Steve Blundell.

The exercise price is intended to be A$0.36 per option expiring 5 years from the date of the shareholder approval with 50% exercisable on 30 May 2014 and the balance on 30 May 2015.

eServGlobal advises that there are currently 9,450,000 options on issue under ESOP.
