eServGlobal (AIM:ESG & ASX:ESV), the provider of end-to-end mobile financial services to emerging markets, announces that it was notified on 29 September 2014 that Stephen Blundell, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, sold a total of 618,055 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the following transactions:
