Director/PDMR Shareholding
eServGlobal (LSE: ESG.L & ASX: ESV.AX), the provider of end-to-end mobile financial services to emerging markets, announces that it was notified on 5 August 2016 that on the same day, John Conoley, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 529,674 Depository Interests in the Company in two separate tranches as detailed below, at an average price of 0.537 pence per Depository Interest. In addition, Mrs. F Conoley, spouse of Mr. Conoley, also purchased on the same day 224,404 Depository Interests at a price of 0.545 pence per Depositary Interest (together with Mr. Conoley's purchase, the "Purchases").
Following his purchase, and in addition to the 169,000 Depository Interests he subscribed for in the Open Offer, Mr. Conoley holds 1,374,676 Depository Interests directly in the Company, representing 0.23% of the issued share capital of the Company. Pursuant to her purchase and the 60,266 Depository Interests she subscribed for the Open Offer, Mrs. Conoley now holds 525,735 Depository Interests in the Company, representing 0.09% of the issued share capital of the Company. Therefore, following the Purchases, Mr. Conoley has a total direct and indirect interest over 1,900,411 Depository Interests, representing 0.32% of the Company's issued share capital.
