Correction to Appendix 4F dated 28 December 201715 January 2018

eServGlobal (LSE: ESG.L & ASX: ESV.AX), refers to the Appendix 4F document that was released to the ASX on the 28 December 2017 and advises of a correction to the cash flow statement. The statement excluded a balance of $4.3m within the cash flows from financing activities relating to the additional debt taken in June 2017. This also resulted in the cash flows from operating activities being understated by the same amount. The condensed consolidated statement of loss and other comprehensive income for the year and condensed consolidated statement of financial position are unaffected.
